For the past five years, my husband and I have been building this venture. This slow transition happened largely during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when many people rediscovered the peace of their backyards. While balancing life as a wife and mother of three and traveling back and forth between California and Hawaii, I worked alongside him, leveraging his family's generational expertise in the aquarium and pond business.
Having proudly opened our doors in January 2025, we offer a wide range of trusted brands, including liners, pumps, and special orders. With the invaluable help of our children, this is truly a family endeavor, built on pride and dedicated hard work, which we're excited to deliver to your doorsteps.

We are committed to full transparency regarding our pricing. Due to the unique logistical and market conditions here, the final cost of our products can differ from the mainland Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
This is common practice in Hawaii across various industries (like vehicles, which often cost thousands above mainland MSRP), and these factors influence our pricing:
Transportation: Shipping large or specialized goods to our island location incurs significant, non-negotiable ocean and air freight expenses.
Handling & Operational Costs: Extra resources and care are needed for island-specific logistics and the general cost of doing business in Hawaiʻi.
Market Dynamics: Our specialized inventory relies on efficient, reliable ordering systems, which influences our cost structure.
The primary factor in any price difference compared to the mainland MSRP is the specialized freight required to get the goods here.
2. The Direct-Ship Special Order Model & Final Sale Commitment ⚠️
Due to the high complexity and expense of trans-oceanic logistics, we rely on a dedicated Direct-Ship Special Order Model for all large, bulky, or specialized rolls (items requiring LTL Ocean Freight handling).
A. Final Sale Commitment (Crucial for Our Operation)
This Special Order item is strictly a Final Sale Item. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
This policy is necessary because:
Small Operation Constraint: As a small, mother and son-operated business, we cannot absorb the loss from returned inventory and the massive associated logistical costs. Our funds are immediately committed to the mainland vendor upon order placement.
Prohibitive Logistics: Managing and paying for reverse LTL Ocean Freight for bulky items is extremely expensive and high-risk. Committing to the sale eliminates these prohibitive costs and risks, allowing us to maintain the best possible price for you.
To ensure a successful project, all customers are required to confirm their project measurements, specifications, and item requirements before placing this final-sale order.
3. Lead Time & Shipping Logistics 🚢
The dedicated supply chain is managed for cost efficiency, which impacts transit times. If your order has a specific time constraint, please inform us at the time of order placement.
A. LTL Ocean Freight (Large, Bulky, Specialized Rolls & Palletized Equipment)
Shipping Type: Ships exclusively via LTL Ocean Freight (Less-Than-Truckload).
Estimated Lead Time: Please allow a Minimum of 3 Weeks for specialized mainland transport, ocean transit, and final delivery coordination.
B. Southwest Cargo (Non-Bulky, In-Stock Items)
Shipping Type: Applies to smaller, non-flammable supplies that fit airline cargo limits.
Estimated Lead Time: Typically 2-3 Business Days.
4. Delivery Requirements (LTL Freight Only)
The recipient is fully responsible for arranging the smooth and safe off-loading of the specialized palletized item upon arrival.
Lift Gate Needs: If a standard residential lift gate is required, this must be explicitly requested and confirmed with the carrier when they schedule the final delivery appointment.
Recipient Off-Loading: If a lift gate is not used, the recipient must provide manual off-loading assistance (personnel or equipment) immediately upon the freight carrier’s arrival.
