AJ’S Paradise Pond Supplies, LLC is a specialized retail supplier. Due to the logistical nature of direct-shipping professional-grade pond and reservoir materials, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • Final Sale: All purchases are final once the order is processed and shipped.

  • Customer Due Diligence: Customers are responsible for verifying all product specifications, dimensions, and project requirements prior to purchase.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: You must inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If significant damage is noticed, you must decline the shipment with the carrier. Once a shipment is accepted and signed for, the sale is final.

WARRANTY PROCESSING

While all sales are final, we stand by the quality of the professional-grade mechanical equipment we supply.

  • Applicable Products: Warranty assistance is provided exclusively for mechanical equipment, specifically Pumps and Pressure Filters, which carry a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Liners & Materials: Pond liners, underlayment, and plumbing parts are Final Sale and do not carry a warranty once the shipment is accepted.

  • Claims Process: To begin a warranty inquiry for a pump or pressure filter, please email paradisepondsupplies@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos of the mechanical issue. We will act as your advocate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue according to their specific terms.

  • Shipping Costs: AJ’S Paradise Pond Supplies, LLC is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty claims. All costs to ship defective units to the manufacturer or to receive replacement units are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper installation, dry-running of pumps, electrical surges, or general misuse.
