  • Site Safety: We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or fatalities occurring on the purchaser’s property. The property owner must implement safety precautions (e.g., fencing or signage) to prevent accidents such as drowning.

3. PURCHASES & ALL SALES FINAL POLICY

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the specialized nature of our products and the significant logistics costs involved in direct-shipping, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed.
