Due to the custom, special order nature and the extreme logistical requirements for LTL freight, this Roll is a Final Sale Item once it has left the warehouse. Returns are not accepted.

This policy is necessary because:

  • High Return Freight Costs: LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping is expensive, and the cost of returning a 164+ lb pallet often exceeds the profit margin of the product.

  • Risk of Damage: The liner can be easily damaged, creased, or improperly repalletized during a return, rendering it unsellable as "new."

  • Special Order Status: This roll size is manufactured and ordered specifically for mainland shipment. We cannot stock excess returned inventory.

Please confirm all measurements before ordering.

  • Lead Time: Special Order: Allow 3 Weeks. This item requires specialized mainland transport. Please factor this lead time into your project schedule.

  • Shipping Type: Ships exclusively via LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload) due to the roll's length.

  • Weight: The Master Roll weighs approximately 164+ lbs (Palletized). It cannot be moved easily by a single person.

  • Off-Loading: Due to the weight and length, you must arrange for proper off-loading. While a standard residential lift gate may be able to handle this weight, it must be explicitly requested and confirmed with the carrier upon scheduling delivery. If a lift gate is unavailable, manual off-loading assistance (at least two capable persons) must be provided by the recipient.
